How long will it take to
get my order?
1) You place your order by calling or
emailing.
2) We design and email you a preview of
your order within 2-3 business days (Please note, we do not work weekends or
holidays). If you choose to mail a check or money order, your preview will be
sent after payment is received, Unless otherwise discussed.
3) You approve the wrapper by replying
to the email. You are welcome to make any changes to the wrapper at this time.
If you request another preview to be emailed to you, we will continue our
discussion on the phone.
4) After your approval is received, I
will call you to tell you your order is ready for pick up. If you decide you
want shipping your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days (depending
on your order) by Priority Mail (2-4 days shipping time). Express Overnight
shipping available. (Please note: During the hot summer months, we ship candy
bars on Monday & Tuesday only unless Express shipping is requested)
Orders needed within 5 business days
require the rush order charge in addition to the Express Mail Shipping
Charges. Your order will become our priority and your order will ship ASAP.
Can I get a proof of my order e-mailed to
me?

YES! Your first e-mailed preview will be sent as discussed.
You can make any changes to your order after you receive the first preview.
You can make any changes at this time. Until I get final approval from you,
your order will not be printed. Once receiving your approval printing will
begin. If any immediate changes are needed you must call and there may be a
charge depending on how much has been printed. |

Personalized and/or
food items can not be returned. Items incorrect due to our error will be
replaced at no charge & ship as soon as possible. For errors made by the
customer we will reprint/remake the order with a 5% discount from your
original order amount, and process as soon as possible. Shipping charges will
apply. Errors made by the customer include:
Incorrect information (text, product type and/or design number) entered during
the order process. |
How much do you charge for
shipping?

Pickup is favored.
Shipping products can be very expensive. Delivery may be available based on your
location. If you order Baby Announcements ask about our delivery to hospital.

If you would like your
item shipped.
Items can be shipped out to you
7-10 days before your requested due date. Please note that custom designs may
take more time and I
will send you an e-mail to let you know how long it will take to complete your
order.
Please note rush orders will have a 10.00 rush fee if discussed.
Once items are shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a delivery confirmation
number for
tracking your items. All items will be shipped out priority mail which takes 2-3
days.
Shipping cost is very depending on weight. Shipping will be calculated when
sending. This price will be added to your remaining balance. If you would like
you can upgrade to express
mail (next day) which is $20.95 and up depending on weight of package.

customers. |
Are the candy bars
included?
|
There are two options available when purchasing
a product. You can by just the wrappers, you do the work. Or you can
purchase the final product, so when you get them, all you have to do is hand
them out. Ordering them finalized is usually the favored choice because it's a
great deal and wrapping the candy or product can be time consuming. We want
you to enjoy your favor! |
Can I choose a
different font style, change the font color or use certain graphics or photos?

YES! There are many font styles and colors to choose
from. Coordinate your wrapper to your match your wedding colors, birthday
party theme, baby shower colors, bridal shower theme, by creating your own
custom wrapper free of charge! |
Can I add a
photograph to my wrapper?

YES! We can add a photo to most of our products FREE of
charge. Sometimes I may be able to edit your photo to delete a background,
give it a slight border or just make it fit the wrapper. No more than 2 photos
per wrapper please! If you choose to have more there will be a charge of 5.00
per photo after the first two.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a $20.00 design fee for cancelled orders after the
preview has been designed and emailed to you for proofing. You may cancel your
order within 24 hours of placing your order without any design fees IF your
order has not been designed.

Can I pick up my
order?
|
YES PICKUP IS FAVORED!! Remember this is
a home based business you you can come by and get your order when you are
notified that your order is ready for pick up! Most of the time orders
are completed right away and you will have plenty of time but Please allow 1-4 weeks for
designing, proof, and production. Call (410)-429-4440 for more information.

Are the wrappers
cut if I decide to do the work myself?
YES! All our wrappers are cut and ready to wrap when you
receive them. No extra charge for cut wrappers! Just grab a glue stick
or double sided tape and happy wrapping!
Can I design my
own wrapper with different graphics or my own idea or layout?
YES! You can choose any designs already shown or you can make
the wrapper the way you want. Usually when placing an order I will design a
few wrappers for you. You then make a decision on the design you like the
best. You can either choose email or to come by and view the designs in
person. We have thousands of additional graphics if you are looking for a
specific theme or graphic. Fee may apply.
