Designs	Ordering Information Ordering: By Phone: (410)-429-4440 By Email: SunshineJ9@comcast.net Orders can be placed by phone from 8:00am-8:00pm Eastern Stardard time. Please be prepared to let me know what you want when calling. We will discuss your order in detail and I will give you a price qoute at the time of call. For Emailed orders please look at the sample information I have provided below to make sure I you email me the information I need to complete the order. For Custom designs, I will then start designing 3 or 4 samples. Once completed I will send you a snap shot of your samples within 24 hours of your order. Insure you look them over carefully and e-mail me with any changes before you approve your samples, Approving your samples means that everything is just how you like them and they are ready to be printed. Note: Personalized and/or food items can not be returned. Items incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge & ship as soon as possible. For errors made by the customer we will reprint/remake the order with a 10% discount from your original order amount, and process as soon as possible. Shipping charges will apply. Errors made by the customer include: Incorrect information (text, product type and/or design number) entered during the order process. Payment: After I have gotten the final approval I will discuss payment options. Standard options is a 50% non-refundable deposit needed before printing begins unless otherwise noted. Cash or Check. Make Checks payable to: Jennifer Allender. ABSOLUTELY NO Changes to design can be made after this point. Quantity may be adjusted if higher. Shipping: Pickup is favored. Shipping products can be very expensive. Delivery may be available based on your location. If you order Baby Announcements ask about our delivery to hospital. If you would like your item shipped. Items can be shipped out to you 7-10 days before your requested due date. Please note that custom designs may take more time and I will send you an e-mail to let you know how long it will take to complete your order. Please note rush orders will have a $10.00 rush fee if discussed. Once items are shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a delivery confirmation number for tracking your items. All items will be shipped out priority mail which takes 2-3 days. Shipping cost is very depending on weight. Shipping will be calculated when sending.
